**As of December 5, 2019, notice to proceed first week of November 2019. All questions are to be submitted through U3P at Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) U3P Technical/Bidding Questions: sciquestadmin@utah.gov. The project consists of remodeling restrooms in the MTF building in Salt Lake City, UT, as described in the Contract Documents. The Work consists of Selective demolition of existing restroom walls and components as indicated on the plans to allow for enlarged restrooms. Construction consists of new walls and components within the existing restroom areas and relocation of plumbing lines and new fixtures in the restrooms. New restroom partitions and counters, new tile in restrooms, new paint and Mechanical, Electrical, A/V and security electronic installations are also required. The submission of attachments containing embedded documents (i.e., zip files, .mov, wmp, and mp3 files, etc.) is prohibited. All documents should be attached as separate files. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and uploaded in U3P. If the bid bond is not furnished with the bid through U3P, the BID is NONRESPONSIVE. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
