Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hammond, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of: Paving of about 3,000 SY of existing aggregate parking surfaces (est. 1,670SY at Splash Park lot; est. 1,257SY at Basketball lot); installation of about 56LF of new storm drain pipe & 3EA CB's; parking striping; about 310LF of special barrier curb; 74EA pre-cast concrete wheel stops; new maintenance gate; and associated demolition work, grading, limestone, and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a uni t price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), and 8:00 am - 12 noon (Friday), and shall obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described herein. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Office of the Mayor, City of Hammond; 310 East Charles Street; Hammond, LA 70401. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction s to Bidders.
