Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The renovation of a portion of the existing Fall Creek Trail, roughly between East 56th Street and Keystone Ave. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of asphalt trail sections, sidewalk and related structures, as well as new asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, grading, erosion control, planting and related work according to the Contract Documents. Project Range: $750,000 - $1,500,000 A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Concrete deck overlay and other miscellaneous items This Work will be funded by the City of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract is fifteen percent (15%). The participation goal for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for this contract is eight percent (8%). The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOGE) is one percent (1 %). All Bidders will be subject to the MBE/WBENBE/DOBE Business Utilization Plan ("Utilization Plan"), of the City of Indianapolis. In evaluating a Bidder's responsibility, the City will consider the Bidder's Affirmative Action plan. The City of Indianapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the City after all bids have been examined and canvassed. Project Notes: The City-County Council, General Ordinance 21,2016, IC 4-13.6-4-2.5(d), and IC8-23-10-0.5(d) add new requirements for bids on public works projects. Pursuant to IC-4-13-18-5, the Bidder must submit with the Bid a written plan for a program to test the Bidder's employees for drugs. Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Goals for minority participation in each trade: 12.5%
