Givens Pool Flintco, LLC (CM @ Risk) is requesting proposals from Trade Partners for the Givens Park District Park Community Pool & Colony Park District Pool. The Givens Park District Pool project will include the renovation of the existing bathhouse and pool. It is classified as a Community Pool and will include the following: lap lane pool, zero entry activity pool, diving board, family restrooms, deck space, training/party room and aquatic office space. The Colony Park District project will be a new aquatic facility in northeast Austin and will be classified as a Community Pool. The community pool designation provides for the following amenities: lap lane pool, zero entry activity pool (tot pool), water slide, spray ground feature, diving board, family restrooms, deck space, training/party room and aquatic office space. Scope includes: erosion control, final clean, demo/abatement, concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, metal wall panels, roofing, waterproofing, doors/frames/hardware, storefronts/glazing, louvers, tiling, flooring, painting, specialties, swimming pools, fabric structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, earthwork, site concrete, pavement markings, fencing, landscaping, utilities and ponds.
