Site work for a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a "wishbone" shaped bridge that will connect to the existing Butler Hike and Bike Trail at three points: Longhorn Shores, Holly Shores, and the unnamed peninsula near Holly Shores. Also the construction of underpass along S.Pleasant Valley Road south of Longhorn Dam from Longhorn Shores to Krieg Field. C.I.P. PROJECT NUMBER: 13237.002 SPC-2023-0204C Liquidated damages are three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per Calendar Day for failure to substantially complete the work and two thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($2,450.00) per Calendar Day for failure to achieve final completion within one thousand ninety five (1095) Calendar Days after substantial completion. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any minor informality in any Bid or solicitation procedure (a minor informality is one that does not affect the competitiveness of the Bid). Final completion shall be achieved within one thousand ninety five (1095) Calendar Days after substantial completion. Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within eight hundred forty two (842) Calendar Days. Estimated Amount for Solicitation : $20,000,000.00
