Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete site clearing, installation of erosion control measures; installation of utilities; grading for multi-use sports fields; road extension and construction; parking lots, roadside construction, concrete and asphalt pathways; construction and installation of a restroom enclosure and other site furnishings; irrigation system installation; turf grass seeding and establishment and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The work shall be completed per the schedule in the Contract Documents. The work will be constructed under a single, lump-sum contract. Qualifications: Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License.
