Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Question deadline of december 8, 2020 at 10:00 am has changed to january 11 2021 at 10:00 am. The Work consists of but is not limited to selective site demolition of a portion of existing park and parking lot required to construct and install an approximately 3,670 square foot new splash pad and site improvements and any utility work, on-site or off-site work required to achieve project completion. Construction includes owner's general requirements pertaining to contract administration and construction coordination as contained in division 1 - general requirements of the project specifications. These requirements include all administrative work but are not limited to payment and changes in the work, project coordination, construction schedule, on-site construction management, project completion and closeout. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to construct the project per drawings and specifications. The bid shall include but is not limited to the following: selective demolition to include irrigation valve and sprinkler relocations, vault relocation, light removal and disposal, concrete removal, grass removal and replacement. Earthwork, clearing, and grubbing for all slabs and site drainage, concrete flatwork including but not limited to concrete sidewalks, shade structure pads, seating areas, concrete seat wall, precast concrete bollards, the application of paint coatings, decorative metal shade structures, splash pad installation, rubberized surfacing, wet utilities, water distribution and sewer piping, provide low voltage wiring, grounding, conduit and boxes. Provide identification of all electrical installations in the scope of work. Provide wiring connections, panel board, wiring devices. Provide exterior lighting (light poles and shade structure lighting, asphalt cutting and patching, landscape and irrigation, rock mulch, site furnishings, provide storm drain work per civil plans and commissioning of water and sanitary sewer utilities.
