In order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following disciplines: C008 General Construction; or C009 General Construction/Alterations and Additions Further, in the event the Bidder is not classified by the DPMC in the below listed disciplines, the Bidder shall be required to contract with subcontractor(s) that are classified in the below discipline, and such subcontractor(s) shall be required to be name in the bid and supporting documentation provided as per the bid instructions and applicable law. C029 Structural Steel and C030 Plumbing; and C032 HVACR; and C047 Electrical Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond drawn to the order of the "Red Bank Regional Board of Education" for not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bid securities shall comply with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-24.
