Bid Package #1 - Bobcat Athletic Complex - Construction of a new building and associated site work to be located in the northwest endzone of the football stadium. Bid Package #2 - Bozeman Health Tenant Improvement - Approximately 5,000 square feet of interior space on the main level will be completed under a separate, but concurrent tenant fit-out contract for Bozeman Health. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. The projects include building demolition, site, demolition, excavation, backfill, utilities, site construction, concrete foundations, polished concrete slabs, masonry structural steel, custom metal fabrications, interior finish carpentry, cabinets, counter tops, TPO roofing, insulation, metal, phenolic and composite wall panels, doors and hardware, coiling and overhead doors, aluminum entrances, storefronts and curtain walls, window film, framing and drywall, ceramic and tone tilling, acoustic ceilings and wall treatment, resilient flooring, athletic flooring, resinous flooring, carpeting, painting, staining, high performance coatings, division 10 specialties, food service equipment, folding and portable seating-platform risers, window shades and blinds, fixed audience seating, treatment pools, elevators, laundry chutes, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, fire alarm, and landscaping. Addendum #1 & 2 have been issued. Addendum #3 has been issued. A revised document for addendum #3 has been issued. As of February 5, 2020, 19 addentional plan sheets have been added as part of addendum #3.
