Work items in th eprject include replacement of and/or improvements to HVAC, plumbing, controls and electrical equipment at the Emergency Communications Department facility. Equipment to be replaced includes, but is not limited to: make up air unit AHU-1, heat pumps HP-11 and HP-12, (HP-27 and HP-28 will be eliminated as part of the AHU replacement), computer room air conditioners CRU-1, CRU-2, CRU-3, CRU-4, CRU-5 and CRU-8; exhaust fans F-1 and F-2,; heat exchanger HX-1; add new electric to steam humidifier, unit heaters UH-2 and UH-3; upgrade Johnson Controls building automation system, and overhaul Cummins natural gas fueled generatir and upgrad electronics.
