Renovation of an educational facility in Provo, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
We will be modernizing three (3) hydraulic elevators in the building. The #3 elevator is now a front and rear opening elevator and will be modified to be a front opening only. The Contractor is required to eliminate the rear opening door. The Base Bid will include all of the work as it is outlined in the Specifications. Part of the Contractor's Base Bid will be the initial five (5) year service plan as outlined in Bid Documents. Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services. Specialized trade construction and maintenance services and equipment including elevator install and maintenance services and athletic facilities and golf courses and recreational enclosures.
