All questions should be directed to Bobby Lindsey at bobby.lindsey@spart5.net or 864-949-2340 Site visits are encouraged and must be arranged through the District Five Maintenance Department, Bobby Lindsey, Director. 864-949-2340 Your written quote should be for: 1. Removal of existing 2 1/2 " black cast steel underground hot water supply and return piping 2. Installation of two (2) 1/2 " type L copper pipes, with propress copper fittings, with 1 1/2 " polyisocyanurate pipe insulation with flex clad jacket 3. Backfill trenches with river sand or rock dust to protect insulation 4. Top trenches with soil, seed, and straw 5. Haul off all spoils and debris 6. Cutting and patching of sidewalk 7. Removal of sidewalk debris 8. Tie in at each building, above the floor, with flanges 9. Quotes should be for a turnkey project, all costs included.
