The City of Phoenix invites proposals for the disposition and redevelopment of the City-owned parcels located at 723 W. Polk Street in downtown Phoenix. This RFP does not commit the City to award any contract. All dates subject to change. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, will provide the best quality development to the City.
