Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to seek qualified submissions from interested contractors or general contractors with proven experience in the construction of commercial pool facilities or similar facilities including support facilities, pool basins, pool mechanical systems and associated site work. In order to engage a Respondent for the Maple Leaf Outdoor Pool Facility (the "Project"), the City of Regina (the "City") will be conducting a three (3) stage process which will consist of (i) a prequalification stage to identify qualified parties, (ii) a second invitational procurement stage to identify the General Contractor to deliver the Project, (iii) and implementation of the construction contract. The procurement process for the Project is described in more detail in Section 1.3 of this RFPQ. Should this RFPQ fail to prequalify a minimum of three (3) Respondents, the City, at its discretion, may choose to void this RFPQ and will be free from obligation to award any contract solely to prequalified bidders. The new Maple Leaf Outdoor Pool and Support Facility will include the following construction: - Site preparation - Pool foundation, basin, deck and associated piping infrastructure - Support facility including pool mechanical systems - Landscaping and fencing - Site servicing *Award amount was not released for publication. *Construction is complete.
