Vecino Construction is the general contractor for the Nelms House - AYA Tower project located at 1600 Connally Drive in East Point, GA. Nelms House - AYA Tower is a housing development focused on affordable housing for families in East Point. The Vecino Group is a national housing company dedicated to building a better world, one development, one community at a time. Each project the Vecino Group undertakes must address a broader community need, set an example, give back to the community, and inspire the professionals working on it with a sense of higher purpose. The Vecino Group has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of development, which includes over two dozen impactful housing developments. The Nelms House - AYA Tower project will consist of a historic remodel of a wood framed 9-story building that will have 88 apartments with centrally located residential amenities, community room, business center, offices, fitness center, exterior gathering area, and approximately 76 parking spaces.
