School District No. 41 (Burnaby) is requesting submissions from experienced qualified General Contractors with expertise, demonstrated experience, resources and knowledge in construction of new schools or other public buildings. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a multi-use list of Pre-Qualified General Contractors to be invited to bid on specific new school construction projects. Only General Contractors on the list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the list. There will be no limit on the number of General Contractors who will be included on the list or permitted to participate in each procurement. The prequalification list will be valid for five years.
