The City of Farmington is seeking bids from Contractors to execute the installation of approximately 2,300LF of Water Line, being 12-inch diameter and smaller, including fire hydrants, valves, fittings, and other appurtenances; the removal of existing CMP storm drain system and installation of approximately 3,500LF of HDPE Storm Drain system, being 48-inch diameter pipe and smaller, including single and double curb inlets, and 11-foot diameter manholes and smaller; the installation of four (4) subsurface retention reservoirs, consisting of 66-inch HDPE perforated pipe, including manholes, risers, fabric, gravel, fittings and other appurtenances; the removal and installation of concrete infrastructure including sidewalks, curb and gutters, valley gutters, commercial drivepads, ADA ramps, brick paver borders, handrails and other features; the installation of four (4) roundabouts, including reinforced colored concrete aprons, central islands, splitter islands, and other features; the removal and replacement of asphalt for roadway and on-street parking areas, including cut and fills and regrading for drainage; the removal and installation of permanent panel signage on posts and hot thermoplastic and retroreflectorized painted pavement markings; the removal and installation of street trees, shrubs, and perennials, and other landscaping material including boulders and aggregate mulch; the removal and installation of an automatic irrigation system including meters, controllers, valves, poly pipe, bubblers, netafim, electrical wiring and other appurtenances; the removal of fifteen (15) traffic signal assemblies from three intersections and the removal of the existing street light foundations and installation of one-hundred and four (104) street and pedestrian lighting standards, including foundations, stone bases, luminaires and wiring, and the installation of 100-Amp pedestals, service pedestals, outdoor power receptacles and other electrical appurtenances to include trenching, conduit, and wiring; the fabrication and installation of four (4) Gateway monument signs and one (1) Fingerpost sculpture, including the concrete foundations, wiring and other features; and the installation of a wireless outdoor speaker system.
