Site work and paving for a civil project in Dunsford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
The Corporation of the County of Peterborough is requesting tender submissions for the rehabilitation of Nogie's Creek Bridge. The following is a brief description of the work, but not limited to: - Establish traffic control and staging to accommodate construction in two stages utilizing temporary portable traffic signals; - Place concrete overlay, waterproof, and pave the existing concrete bridge deck. - Remove and reconstruct concrete deck curbs / cantilevers, including steel railing system(s); - Reconstruct deck ends and top portions of the ballast walls and install new expansion joints; - Reconstruct concrete approach slabs; - Clean and coat the existing structural steel girders; -Jack the superstructure and replace the existing shoe plates and elastomeric bearings; - Complete miscellaneous concrete patch repairs to various elements; - Remove existing asphalt on approaches and place new hot mix asphalt; Documents may be obtained at https://ptbocounty.bidsandtenders.ca/
