This procurement is subject to participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs, as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. Contract Under Project Labor Agreement. Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions. Please refer to the bid documents for further information. Bid Security: Bid Bond OR Bid Deposit in the amount of 5 percent of Bid Amount. The Cost Estimate Range is: $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00.
