The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed project 089A CN 387 H8778 01C is located in Coconino County within the Coconino National Forest on State Route 89A, MP 387.28 to MP 387.43. The work consists of Pumphouse Wash Bridge Rehabilitation. The work includes bridge deck and railing replacement, new approach slabs, painting of the bridge, pier encasement and scour mitigation; milling and repaving; guardrail replacement; restoration of a culvert outlet; signing and striping; seeding and other related work. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 250 working days. The Arizona Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252.42 U.S.C. 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The minimum contract-specified goal for participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in the work, as a percentage of the total amount bid, shall be 6.80.
