City of Broken Arrow Oklahoma is accepting Bids on the following Work: Concrete Panel Replacement Street Repairs within the limits of the South Park Estates, Pembrooke Park, and Mittford Bridge Additions are to be accomplished by a non-encumbered contract. The work will be removal and replacement of portland cement concrete streets, curb & gutter, manhole and water valve adjustments, and other concrete structures in the South Park Estates, Pem-brooke Park, and Mittford Bridge Additions, at the unit price bid for each repair item. This contract will be for sixty (60) days and begin within ten (10) days from the notice to proceed. If bidding documents are required to be shipped, means of shipping (i.e. FedEx account number, UPS shipping label, etc.) shall be provided by prospective buyer to the City. Mail requests for Plans to the Engineering and Construction Department, 485 N. Poplar Ave., Broken Arrow OK 74012. In addition, Plans are available by paying with a credit card either by phone or in person. If obtaining Plans by phone, please have your credit card number and shipping account number available. Plan holders list may be obtained by calling Engineering and Construction Department. (918) 259-7000, ext. 5414. Sworn statement of the Bidder's assets and liabilities, technical qualifications and performance in the form of the latest annual report and financial statement are not required to be submitted with the Bidder's Proposal, but the City may require such statements prior to award of the construction contract. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids in the best interests of the City. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the City Council Agenda for consideration.
