Site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Linden, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Work included under this contract consists of replacement of Bridge No. 13-0065. The existing two metal pipe structure is approximately 30" in diameter will be removed and replaced with a new structure that will be 7'-0" span and 6'-0" rise precast reinforced concrete box culvert with structure mounted guiderail. Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS) Failure to meet this requirement may be cause for rejection. Bidders for this project shall as of the bid opening date, be listed as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) prequalified, as a Prime Contractor, in Category S4.
