Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa has been tasked to solicit for and award a Vehicle Inspection Facility. The Commercial Vehicle Inspection Facility (CVIF) at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) will provide new construction facilities to support the current missions and critical needs for traffic control and inspection of large commercial vehicles. The CVIF construction project will deliver a security control center with space for security personnel, vehicle drivers, rest rooms, computer workstations, and other facility support space, and furnishings. An enclosed inspection station for large vehicles, and an Overwatch facility. Roads systems include inbound roadways, large vehicle staging, reject / denial road turnouts, outbound roads to TAFB network, traffic calming and control features, and denial barrier systems. Sitework necessary include between other improvements, cut and fill, grading, removal of utilities, roads, fencing, lighting, electrical, signage, curbs and gutters. Utilities: water, sewer, electrical, communications, natural gas; parking. Project will meet all Antiterrorism and Force protection requirements. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 236220 which has a small business size standard of $39.5M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the cost magnitude of this contract is more than $10M. Estimated duration of the project is 476 calendar days. Small Businesses are reminded under FAR 52.219-14, (Deviation 2019-O0003), Limitations on Subcontracting. Firm will not pay more than 85% of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count toward the 85% subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded. Large Businesses must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 by submitting a Small Business Subcontracting Plan should an award be made to a large business firm.
