More specifically, the scope of this call for tenders includes, without being limited to: Civil engineering works Construction of a steel footbridge attached to the Joffre bridge; Construction of a steel footbridge on screw piles; The demolition of the existing staircase and the construction of a new staircase on screw piles; Construction of a wooden foundation unit; Development of concrete and stone embankment protection. All this work must be carried out according to the rules of the art in order to provide the City with a complete and top quality work. This list is not exhaustive and is intended to give a general overview of the scope of the work to be carried out. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
