Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Fairbury, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Bid Section 3 - City Park Drainage Project (018-3433) Alternate Bid Section 3A - City Park Drainage Project 018-3433) Alternate Bid Section 3B - City Park Drainage Project (018-3433) 4. Bid Section 4 - Existing Tower Repainting and Improvements Alternate Bid Section 4A: Provide Bid as described in Bid Section 4, but add containment of 1,000,000 gallon elevated storage tank, and commercial blast cleaning and painting of the tank exterior per SSPC SP6 surface preparation standard including lead paint abatement and containment; other project components as outlined in Bid Section 4. Alternate Bid Section 4B: Inclusion of "Jeff Man" logo to exterior tank on the west quadrant of the tank, as shown in the specification appendices.
