The South Broward Hospital District D/b/a Memorial Healthcare System Broward County, Florida Is soliciting statements of qualification from experienced architectural firms licensed to do work in the State of Florida, with offices located within Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade County. Interested firms or individuals will be evaluated and selected in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for all architectural, interior design, civil, site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural design, medical equipment and all other specialty consultants required for the design and construction of the Memorial Cancer Institute Expansion, which may range in size from 80,000 to 300,000+ square feet.
