Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project scope consists of the demolition of the existing Pier and construction of a new Pier including shade structures and a Plaza and sitework improvements to include a 480' long trestle, two fishing cleaning stations (7'x20'), and a 20'x80' Tee that will be demolished; new pier components include precast concrete piles, pile caps and deck, handrails, lighting system and shades; and the new plaza and sitework includes shade structures, concrete paved areas, lighting, an arch sidewalks and a parking lot, all in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. Submit all questions through Civcast only. Responses will be addressed in writing by addendum for the benefit of all Bidders. Questions will be accepted until the cut-off time designated in the bidding documents. As of December 7, 2021, a general contractor has been selected for this project and the project has begun construction. The existence of sub-contractor trades is not known at this time.
