Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Maple, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 2,222-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the site development and construction of a York Region Transit terminal and extension of an existing underpass at 1 & 2 Amusement Drive in the City of Vaughan. - All site servicing including watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer shall be completed by December 18, 2020. - The extension of the eastern underpass and associated civil and structural works shall be completed by January 29, 2021; and - All of the work at 1 Amusement Drive and occupancy of the terminal building shall be completed within 300 working days from the commencement date. This includes the bus circulating roadway, bus platforms, bus terminal building, canopies, streetscaping, retaining walls, pedestrian facilities, lighting, CCTV cameras, and all other work shown on the Site Plan Drawing No C-101 for Block 11.
