Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a 140,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
As of December 27 the project will be awarded after January 15 2020 Acceptable submission of Contractor Pre-qualifications in synthetic and natural turf fields is required per the Bid documents. Pre-qualification requirements and additional bidding instructions are detailed in the Bid documents. This project is tax exempt. The project consists of two natural turf soccer fields (approximately 60,000 SF each) and one synthetic turf multi-use field (football, soccer, lacrosse - approx. 80,000 SF). Cut and fill mass grading of two natural fields (+/-3'), storm piping & drain inlets, concrete sidewalks & jogging trail, concrete bleacher pads & low rise bleachers, drinking fountain, scoreboards/delay clocks, concrete bench pads & benches, players benches, chain link fencing, modular retaining walls, irrigation system, & sodding. A deposit of $120.00 per set, all of which is refundable in full on the first two sets to each prime contractor bidder if contract documents are returned in reusable condition within ten (10) calendar days of bid date.
