The bids will be reviewed by the City Commission and recommendation for award will be made at the City Commission Meeting on Monday, November 4, 2019. The City Commission Meeting will be held in the City Commission Room, Municipal Building, 112 South 17th St., at 6:00 p.m.,local time. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each bidder is stated in the contract documents mentioned above. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of the bid without the consent of the City of Parsons. The city of parsons reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities.
