This project will complete the sidewalk along the east side of Park Street NE between Ayr Hill Avenue NE and Albea Court NE. This project will install curb-&-gutter and sidewalk within the public right-of-way from approximately 320 linear feet south of the intersection of Albea Ct. and Park St to the intersection of Park St and Ayr Hill Ave NE. The work includes new curb & gutter, milling and overlay, sidewalk, driveways and entrance aprons, and an ADA access (pedestrian) ramp. The project will provide pedestrian access and curb-&-gutter along this northern section of Park St. The scope of this project includes the following items of work on the installation of the curb-&-gutter and sidewalk along Park St. All inquiries/questions should be made, in writing, to Jerry Amacker, Procurement Officer, at jerry.amacker@viennava.gov by October 25, 2022, AT 2:00 PM.
