This project consists of pavement resurfacing along CR 108 From Bay Road to Middle Road in Nassau County, Florida. The Work also includes maintenance of traffic, erosion control, earthwork, asphalt milling, sidewalk, sodding, signing, and pavement marking, and other incidental items needed to complete the Work. Bid Bond 5.00% The Nassau County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive formalities in any bid/proposal; reject any or all bids/proposals in whole or in part, with or without cause; and to accept the bid/proposal that in its best judgment will be for the best interest of Nassau County, Florida. Deadline for Questions December 6, 2022, by 4:00 PM BIDS must be accompanied by a Certified Check or BID BOND of a reputable bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Florida in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID to guarantee that the Contractor will enter into a Contract in the form prescribed and will provide the required Bonds. The successful BIDDER(s) must provide an acceptable Contract PERFORMANCE BOND in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a PAYMENT BOND in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
