Site work for a water / sewer project in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work include: Abrasive blast and recoat exterior and interior bowl of existing 250,000-gallon elevated storage tank. Disinfection of tank. Addition of fitting and cap modification to existing 12-inch gooseneck fill line. Replace inspection hatch gasket and vent screens Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of MONTGOMERY COUNTY WCID NO. 1 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
