The description and location of the project is as follows: This is a partial Design Build roadway project. Design activities are limited to: Concrete curb ramps, utility coordination For the asphalt milling and resurfacing, culvert preservation, concrete pavement patching, drainage, curb and sidewalk, guide rail, traffic signals, signing and pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 50,320 linear feet (9.53 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 3077, SECTION A23 and STATE ROUTE 3007, SECTION B06 (Brodhead Road), in ALLGHENY and BEAVER COUNTIES, MOON, CRESENT, HOPEWELL, CENTER TOWNSHIPS, and CITY OF ALIQUIPPA, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 185 feet east of Garnet Street at Segment 0230 Offset 1906 (Station 999+34) in Allegheny County to a point approximately 100 feet north of Katerina Drive at Segment 0200 Offset 0941 (Station 1376+88) in Beaver County.
