Stadium Point at P83 is the premiere place to develop 1,000,000 square feet of Class A office, full service hotel, parking, multifamily residential, public space, signature retail, or dining and entertainment. The City of Peoria is looking for an experienced master developer to transform 17 acres of city-owned land into a unique, multiuse project. The project will be in four phases. The first is design of the master plan and relocation of a well on the property. The second phase will feature construction of some Class A office, parking, retail and dining. The third phase is construction of the hotel, residential, retail, dining and entertainment. The fourth phase is construction of more Class A office, parking and residential. The total project must be built out no later than 10 years. More exact scope and project costs will be revealed at a future date. As of November 3, 2023, this project is in the planning process. The City of Peoria and the developer will focus on further negotiations and work on details to finalize a development agreement.
