For Bird Island Wastewater Treatment Plant Boiler Deaerator System Improvements The Project consists of replacing the treatment plant's tray-type deaerator and boiler feedwater pumps, including mechanical, structural, instrumentation and controls, electrical, and appurtenant Work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Proposal Payment shall be by company check or money order made payable to "Avalon Document Services".
