Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Lynnwood, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 84,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Proposed new elementary school would include three buildings and serve 620 elementary school students. As of November 8, 2021, an architect and construction manager has been selected. A bid schedule has not been determined. It is anticipated construction will start in 2025. As of February 20, 2023, this project is currently scheduled to bid publicly early 2025 and construction is scheduled to start second quarter 2025. However, if the School District's Bond passes in February 2024, this project will bid April 2024 and start construction mid summer 2024. No inquiries requested at this time. As of April 23, 2024, construction is scheduled to begin this summer. The school is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026. As of May 28, 2024, this project has bid on a membership board. Timeline is not yet confirmed.
