Division 02 - Plumbing Work Division 03 - Heating Work Division 04 - Ventilation Work Division 05 - Electrical Work 32 3 This project is a reconfiguration/renovation of approximately 3,500 SF of existing 4th Floor space to provide consolidated Obstetric Emergency Department including new Nurse Station, Exam Rooms, Procedure Room, Ultrasound Room, HLD Room and support spaces. Demolition work includes partitions, casework, doors, ceilings, finishes, mechanical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, electrical power and data. New construction includes new partitions, doors, frames, hardware, millwork, windows, flooring, ceiling, finishes and fire protection. Treatment areas will include new medical gas and alternate for modular headwall. Electrical work includes new ceiling mounted exam lights, general lighting, power and data throughout the renovated area. Modifications to security system, access control Nurse Call, Infant Abduction System, Pneumatic Tube System and fire alarm will be required. Plumbing work includes new sinks and toilet rooms. Mechanical work includes new distribution throughout the renovated area. Infrastructure work will impact floors above and below and outside of the main Project Area. The entire project area will be accessible at one time; however, a small area of work is to be turned over for staff use prior to full completion.
