The San Ramon Pumping Station is located at 9925 Mangos Road, San Ramon. The project is located just behind the pumping station adjacent to the Iron Horse Trail, and on the west side of South San Ramon Creek. Site access for construction is located to the north along Montevideo Drive. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, bypass equipment, services, permits, traffic control, temporary controls, and construction facilities, and comply with all general conditions, general requirements, and incidentals required to complete the Work in its entirety as described in the Contract Documents. All work shall be in compliance with the latest edition of the Dublin San Ramon Services District Standard Procedures, Specifications, and Drawings, Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Standards, and the City of San Ramon Standards where applicable. The work includes but is not limited to: Construction of approximately 60 feet of 18- inch C905 PVC gravity sewer piping and 20 feet of 36-inch C905 PVC gravity sewer. The pipeline shall be constructed per the details in the plans and specifications and the latest edition of the Dublin San Ramon Services District Standard Procedures, Specifications, and Drawings.Construction of concrete weir structure with gates and vault. Installation of a sewer flow meter. USA alert and locating existing facilities. Connection to an existing trunk sewer. Installation of gravity bypass piping. Installation of a trunk manhole for gravy bypass. Obtaining a Permit from the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. Obtaining an Encroachment Permit from the City of San Ramon Site restoration. Engineer's Estimated Cost:$298,000 to $298,000. Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required. License Type Required: Class A.
