The City of Newport Beach maintains over 90 facilities that include, but are not limited to public restrooms, community centers, fire stations, police stations, libraries, warehouses and storage, maintenance facilities, parking structures, and the City Civic Center. The City of Newport Beach is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive professional services to provide an update to the City's Facilities Maintenance Master Plan. The successful Consultant shall have the ability to provide all aspects of the required inspection, recommendation, and planning services for the City's facilities. The final Master Plan will provide a thorough assessment and inventory of City facilities and their major building components. The Master Plan will make recommendations for on-going capital maintenance and replacement of facilities and their components as well as projected costs for use in the budgeting process.
