The Monmouth County Board of Recreation Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all bids, and to award contracts in whole or in part, if deemed in the best interest of the Board to do so. The Monmouth County Board of Recreation Commissioners shall reserve the right to hold bids for sixty (60) days prior to award of contracts.
