Short Term Parking Garage Level 9 Rehabilitation. Request for Clarifications Deadline: December 4, 2019 by 2:00 PM. This Project consists of rehabilitation of Level 9 of the Short Term Parking Garage at Tampa International Airport. The entire parking area of Short Term Garage Level 9 will be repaired, waterproofed, and restriped. This Project consists of rehabilitation of Level 9 and Helices trench drains of the Short Term Parking Garage at Tampa International Airport. 1. Short Term Parking Garage - Level 9: This Project consists of rehabilitation of Level 9 including concrete repairs to floors, ceilings, columns and walls. The entire floor area including curbs will receive a traffic bearing waterproofing membrane to waterproof the entire parking level. Also included in this Project are pavement markings and miscellaneous painting of structural and nonstructural components. Replacement of the existing expansion joint replacement includes total reconstruction of the slab edge spanning the entire length of both the north-south and east-west expansion joints. 2. Short Term Parking Garage - Helices Trench Drains: This Project consists of removing and replacing the two trench drainsthat can be found on the Short Term Parking Garage down Helices (both Level 4 and Level 5). This will require small concrete edge patches along the steel support angles. W/MBE - This Project has no federal funding and has a W/MBE Goal of 14%.
