N. Glebe road prestressed concrete cylider pipe (pccp) water main rehabilitation: furnish and install approximately three thousand four hundred (3,400) linear feet of 34-inch water main using liner rehabilitation of the existing 36-inch pccp water main, seven hundred and twenty (720) linear feet of 30-inch water main, twenty (20) linear feet of 24-inch water main, twenty (20) linear feet of 16-inch water main and one hundred (100) linear feet of 8-inch water main using open cut in trench replacement of the existing 36-inch pccp water main, along with valves, vaults, fire hydrants, connections to existing water mains, other related appurtenances to complete the water main installation, reinstallation of approximately hundred (100) linear feet of curb and gutter, ten (10) square yards of sidewalk and one thousand six hundred and twenty three (1,623) square yards of pavement restorations and all other related incidental work. Bid Surety in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. A bidder's submission of a bid indicates acceptance of these terms.
