As of December 30,2019 This project has not yet been awarded. Scheduled to be awarded on January 16th board meeting. Cost estimate Range: $10M-$25M The improvements to be constructed under this Contract I-19-4490 shall be performed along the Tri-State (I-294) Tollway between Mile Post 24.0 and Mile Post 25.5, and between Mile Post 26.5 and Mile Post 27.3, in Cook County, Illinois The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: relocation of portions of the Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District (FCWRD) sanitary sewers along I-294, between Mile Post 24.0 and Mile Post 25.5, and between Mile Post 26.5 and Mile Post 27.3, including installation of new storm and sanitary sewers, manholes, and junction chambers; jacking of proposed sewers; removal and/or abandonment of existing sewers and manholes; removal and replacement of shoulders as necessary; mainline pavement patching as necessary; drainage improvements; permanent and temporary erosion control measures; noise abatement wall removal and replacement; retaining wall and noise wall construction; pavement marking and signing; ITS and lighting; culvert extension; guardrail installation and, wall construction; pavement marking and signing; ITS and lighting; culvert extension; guardrail installation and, maintenance of traffic.
