This project is included in the County of Marion's fiscal years 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of January 12, 2024, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established; however, funding is allotted to fiscal year 2024. A detailed scope has not yet been released. Northwest 80th/70th Ave - Infrastructure Surtax. The location is at NW 80th and 70th Avenue. This project is from 0.19 mile North of SR 40 to 1/2 mile North of US 27. This project will be adding two additional lanes to the existing roadway for 3.7 miles. The funding source includes Infrastructure Surtax. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
