The equipment and related services for which bids are asked includes the following: Three (3) Submersible Raw Wastewater Pumps Three (3) Dry-Pit Submersible RAS Pumps Two (2) Positive Displacement Sludge Pumps One (1) Rotary Lobe Sludge Loadout Pump Two (2) Scraper-Type Circular Clarifiers Two (2) Clarifier Launder & Baffle Systems One (1) Submersible Scum Pump Sludge Thickener Fine Bubble Aeration System Coarse Bubble Aeration Systems Two (2) FRP Tank Dome Covers One (1) Natural Gas Fed Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch The Village of Rosendale intends to pre-procure equipment scope and price and include the selected equipment in a subsequent Bid for construction. The Owner will issue Purchase Orders to equipment suppliers. The Owner will pay the equipment suppliers directly. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will hold their bid until the construction bid contract has been executed. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Tom Fitzwilliams, 1230 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. The certified check will be returned to the bidder as soon as the construction contract is executed. The certified check shall be forfeited to the OWNER if the construction contract cannot be executed due to an equipment supplier or manufacturer failing to fulfil their responsibilities in contracting with the Contractor. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
