Renovation of a municipal facility in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 3,745-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Improvement of security measures, urban redevelopment of the grounds, securing the perimeter and landscaping work. Redevelopment of the interior courtyard and expansion of the interior courtyard of the Parliament Building. The addition of two levels: the lower level brings together spaces for services and building mechanical room, and the upper level brings together spaces dedicated to parliamentary activities and the Parliament Cafe. The project targets the following buildings: L’Hotel du Parlement, edifice (A); L’edifice Jean-Antoine Panet (D); L’edifice Andre Laurendeau (E). TIMELINE: Tender and construction timelines for the other part will be established accordingly according to the owner's internal scheduling. Construction of Phase 1 (Building D); Construction of Phase 2 (Building E) is expected to start in late 2025 and will last till mid-2027. Construction of Phase 3 (Building A) is expected to start in early 2027 and will last till mid-2027. Further update in late summer, 2025.
