Collin County Community College District (Collin) is seeking qualifications from professional, qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk for the new Welcome Center at the College College Central Park Campus in McKinney, Texas. This new building is a part of Collin's 2017 Bond Capital Improvement Program. Collin County Community College District requires respondents to submit their response to this RFQ electronically. Questions Deadline: 2/4/2020 12:00 PM (CT) Bidders shall not be considered for award of the solicitation if they do not have a representative in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Construction Manager at Risk conference. The pre-qualifications conference sign-in sheet shall serve as the official document in proving attendance. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder's representative to make sure they are listed on the sign-in sheet. The failure or omission of any bidder to examine any form, instrument, document, or site shall in no way relieve bidder from any obligation in respect to this solicitation. Bidder's showing up after the pre-qualifications conference has concluded, shall not be considered for award.
