Owner Office Vincennes District / Production Contract Type On Call Compensation Method Negotiated Labor Rate Two Step Scoring No Allowable Profit Rate 8.0% Plus Overhead Factor Is Federal Funding Involved Yes # of Firms to Select 2 Approximate # of Assignments Between 0 And 15 Term of Contract Four (4) year contract, with a two (2) year assignment period. Selected firms shall perform project development services on an as-needed basis, mainly in the Vincennes District. However, on occasion, it may be necessary to provide these services for any project throughout the state. These services may include any or all of the following services: Preliminary Engineering Assessment / Alternative Analysis, Environmental CE Document Preparation, Waters Report, Karst Studies, Environmental Services, Topographic Survey, Non-Complex Roadway Design, Level 1 Bridge Design Services, Traffic Signal Design, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, Utility Coordination Services and Construction Phase Services. Other related services maybe add if they become necessary. This contract is expected to be used primarily for preventive maintenance projects, both road and bridge. INDOT plans to provide Geotechnical services via on-call Geotechnical engineering services contracts but may include Geotechnical responsibilities within an assignment on a case-by-case basis. INDOT will provide pavement design and land acquisition services. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. This contract will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
