Demolition, site work, paving, asbestos abatement, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of creating a secure entrance, administration office relocation, new construction to include a storm shelter, installing a fire suppression sprinkler system, repairing masonry and upgrading exterior windows, upgrading outdated mechanical system, repairing and upgrading aging domestic water and sanitary waster systems, resurfacing select parking, drive, and sidewalk areas, expanding campus to be a 16 classroom Early Learning Center, expanding parking area, constructing a new age-appropriate playground, classroom renovations, modernizing spaces for program functions, and refreshing the building with upgraded interior finishes. As of August 16, 2022, construction is complete.
